We have collected the most frequently asked questions from our customers and partners. We want to keep everything simple and transparent.
- Which employees are charged?
- We want to keep Molteo's payroll as simple as our product. Therefore, all employees are billed regardless of the employee's role or authorisation. We have kept the overall price low so that there is a balance between users with all permissions and those with limited access.
- How much can I potentially save through Molteo?
- The savings that can be achieved through Molteo vary from company to company. However, our customers have reliably submitted results to us, which can give you an idea. - How long do staff need to set up
- We have developed Molteo in collaboration with construction companies of different sizes. Since day one, we have taken our apps to the construction site for employees and foremen. In the office, we relied entirely on feedback from civil engineers, planners and accounting. The result - the easiest to use interface you can get. Do your employees already use WhatsApp? Then Molteo won't be a problem either. Not quite convinced? Then we would be happy to introduce Molteo to you or put you in touch with our customers.
- Do I have to buy all employees a mobile phone or tablet?
- Absolutely not! Molteo was initially designed exclusively for foremen to create daily or weekly reports for their employees. This means that the operation and speed of entry by a foreman for his column is quick, easy and hassle-free. If some employees want to use their mobile phones, this is also possible. You can also restrict access to the data through our sophisticated authorisation system.
- What happens if I have no or poor mobile phone reception?
- We have designed Molteo to work completely offline. This means that your employees can continue to work offline as normal in any situation. As soon as there is an internet connection again, we send the captured data, photos, chat messages and notes. So no information is lost! The whole thing also saves data volume of the work mobile phones.
- What happens to my industry ERP solution?
- Your industry solution will definitely add value to your office through calculation and accounting. We link seamlessly with your current solutions (e.g. BRZ, BauSU etc.) You use your existing software as a supplement for Molteo. We take care of the construction site and your industry solution takes care of the accounting.
